Example of services that we can offer are Bank loans, permanent visas, land development, business development, property buying or selling, architectural and engineering designs, construction and partnering developments.
 
Our broad partnership experience translates effectively for private sector clients who increasingly seek engineering and construction developments that add real value through continuous improvement.
 
For example, all new business design and development ventures allow our partners to pay for only 40 per cent of the price whether in Cyprus or Iran; we are proud to say that we add the rest of the 60 per cent. At completion all profits are shared equally. With 10 per cent upfront, we can commence the project or projects. Our partners will always have the option to buy the remaining 60 per cent if they so wish and enjoy 100% of the sale profits.
 
We also offer full and certified designed projects. All pre-design projects are ready for commencing. Packages include land, architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical studies including drawings with full approval by the Cyprus authorities.

We offer a vast range of completed properties from custom build villas, luxurious flats, villas and homes at key locations. With properties at design or at development stages a 40 per cent upfront payment secures your dream home or flat. At completion you pay the rest of the 60% to able the ownership of the full 100 per cent of the property.
