RAFAEL ICVG LTD was found in 2004 by Mr. Hossein Vahed. The company has it is foundations on over 20 years of personal experience in building constructions, engineering and development.  We are based in Limassol, but we can offer you property all over the island of Cyprus.
 
We have been trading since the late 80s and we are proud to say that we are one of the oldest Constructors on the Island.
 
RAFAEL ICVG LTD offers a complete (CY) Chartered Architectural, Building and Engineering Services, from inception of a project to final completion.
 
We are a personal and professional practice, dedicated to achieving quality design and development – on time and within agreed budget. The company’s rule is to use prime grade materials and build projects of international standards and regulations, all work is done by highly skilled technicians and specialized sub-contractors, thus guarantying superior quality in all aspects.

Our engineer has worked in London, UK as a structural engineer for A& A and Kasika architects. Worked for London Borough of Hackney as building consultant and building control officer.
